ChatGPT is a deep-learning AI chatbot that allows non-technical users to interact with it in increasingly sophisticated ways. In the first few days of its release, ChatGPT surpassed one million users.
During the session, Collective[i] will discuss the potential impact this groundbreaking technology will have on businesses and how their revenue organizations operate and provide an analysis on applications for this technology as well as other innovations in AI.

Picture a flywheel. A massive metal disk that requires significant force to start spinning. Once moving, the flywheel builds momentum and begins to spin on its own accord. According to Jim Collins, the goal of every company is to create a revenue flywheel that will eventually launch the company into perpetual growth. However, achieving the flywheel effect requires removing friction and applying force.
As we plan for 2023, the challenge for the Special Ops community is to build a revenue engine that can withstand market volatility (including a recession) and technological disruption.
In this session, the community will explore how to think critically about the intentions behind company-wide goal setting and the strategy that creates a flywheel.
